Delivery Info

We offer delivery of all our website items to UK addresses only.

Orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for larger wreaths. Postage is charged at a flat rate of £5.99

Items are despatched within 2 to 3 working days. Timelines for bespoke orders to be discussed with Joanna.

When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know its on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to follow your order.

Delivery may occasionally take longer than stated due to circumstances outside our control.

Please note sometimes you may be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not likely to be home, you are welcome to give us a work or other delivery address. Couriers will often refuse to leave a parcel without a signature.

Customers asking for deliveries to be left unattended e.g. in a porch or garden shed do so at their own risk. We may not agree to refund or replace undelivered items in these circumstances.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. We will not accept liability if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address or postcode supplied by the customer.

Refund and Return Policy

Overview
We hope you love your Little Leaf Floral purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Custom designs, commissions, or made-to-order floral arrangements

We require proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) to process any return.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure safe return, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
